Re-shape the way you view yourself

A mastopexy, or breast lift, is a procedure designed to address sagging or drooping breasts. With the expert surgeons at Adnova Clinic by your side, you’ll have the support you need to reach your aesthetic and practical goals.

What is a breast uplift?

As suggested by the name, this procedure is designed to lift and reshape sagging or drooping breasts by tightening the breast tissue. This typically involves removing excess skin to create a more youthful and lifted contour. The goal is to achieve natural-looking results that complement your body proportions. During the procedure, our surgeon will reposition the nipple-areola complex, remove any excess skin, and reshape the breast tissue to meet your desired outcome. We can combine this with breast augmentation to enhance both volume and shape. Don’t hesitate to get in touch to discuss your options.

We also offer a range of different breast procedures, these include: Brest Augmentation, Breast Reduction, and Gynaecomastia Correction.

Breast Uplift Before and After

Possible causes of saggy breasts

Drooping breasts and breast ptosis(sagging) is common among many women simply due to ageing. Although this can develop after pregnancy, periods of weight loss, or due to genetic factors. In these cases, a surgical procedure can be the most effective option to resolve the problem.

Aftercare following breast uplift surgery

During the initial consultation, your surgeon will assess your breast shape, size and skin quality to determine the most suitable technique for your individual needs. Recovery after mastopexy will therefore often take this into consideration. This could result in a medical professional to suggest wearing a special supportive bra, avoiding strenuous activities for a few weeks, and attending follow-up appointments to monitor healing progress. It is normal to experience some swelling and discomfort initially, but these symptoms should gradually improve as your body heals.

Ideal candidates are individuals who are in good overall health, do not smoke, and have sagging or drooping breasts they wish to lift. A consultation with our surgeon will determine if this is the right procedure for you.

Not always. A breast uplift reshapes and raises the breasts, but if you desire additional fullness or a larger size, implants can be combined with the procedure to enhance both shape and volume.

Most patients can return to light activities and work within 1–2 weeks. Exercise and strenuous activities are generally safe after 6 weeks, but this may vary depending on your healing progress.
