I took my daughter to Adnova to see Mr Biggs about a nasty hockey injury to her nose. After an excellent consultation, she decided to go ahead with the surgery. On arrival, the Adnova team was incredibly friendly and efficient. She was particularly nervous about the anaesthesia, but her anaesthetist Marcus Fletcher was outstanding with her. His calm manner and gentle confidence was exactly what she needed. We were sent home same day with everything we needed to keep her comfortable at home and the results have been amazing. The piezo method used by Mr Biggs meant that bruising and swelling was limited and her confidence has re-emerged. I had definitely underestimated the incredible effect this kind of surgery can have on self-confidence.
